Ingredients:
3 tomatoes - chopped
1/4 cup red onion - chopped
1/3 cup yellow pepper - chopped
1/4 cup jicama slices
1/4 cup parsley
1 Tablespoon lime juice (half a lime)
1 Tablespoon cilantro
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Prepare all chopped vegetables, herbs and spices in a large bowl
Blend all the ingredients in a food processor
Serve with chips
